• Open up Word.
• Click on File and choose Page Setup
  • Choose the tab Paper Size
    • Choose Landscape and click OK

• You now have a blank document in front of you. Type in a title at the top of the page and center it.
• Press the enter key twice.
• Click on Table icon on the toolbar at the top of the screen. It will bring up a little grid.
  • Click and drag the number of rows and columns that you need.
  • Release the left mouse to insert your table.

• Put your headings at the top of each column in capital letters and center them.
• Put your headings in the beginning of each row.
• You may have to change the font size to fit the columns and rows.

Example:

• You can move from column to column with the tab key or the arrow keys.
• You can delete some (or all) of the information in a box by highlighting it and pressing the Delete key.
• If you need to change the size of a box, put your cursor at the top of a column on a vertical line until you see a two-sided arrow. This will allow you to move the line.
• To insert or delete whole rows or columns, click on Table on the bar at the top of your screen and follow the directions.
